Classes will start each evening at 6:45 pm. Each class will be led by Coaches Daisy, Alexandra, or Shawn for some intense and fun fitness! Each class will be one hour long and packed with a warm up, sweaty workout, and cool down. Every exercise will be adjusted to fit you and your current abilities, so everyone is welcome!
There are a limited number of spaces for this boot camp so be sure to secure your space before the boot camp is full. No long term commitments or contracts, just one month of fitness for only $125.00 (that's literally $6.25 per day)! We will provide you with more intensity and focus than you've ever received with a one-on-one personal trainer. We want you to realize we aren't looking for 50 participants at some low-ball rate, we want a handful of determined and excited individuals to work with.
